Telehealth Consultations
Can’t access in-person services? No problem. Our secure telehealth platform allows you to connect with our experienced therapists from the comfort of your home. We offer remote assessments, advice, and support across Perth, regional WA, and beyond—ensuring ongoing access to care with the same personalised approach and high standard of service.
Mobile Service Across Perth & Beyond
At Ultimate Health WA, we bring our services directly to you. Based in Perth, our fully mobile team eliminates the stress of travel and parking by delivering our services right to your doorstep. We regularly service the South West, the Wheatbelt, and other regional areas of Western Australia, because we believe everyone deserves access to quality care—no matter where they live.
Funding Options
At Ultimate Health WA, we understand that managing healthcare costs can sometimes be overwhelming. That’s why we offer a range of funding options to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone who needs them.
Private Funding
We offer flexible payment options for self-funded clients, ideal for those not eligible for government funding or who prefer a simpler and faster process. If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate—please check with your health fund.
NDIS
(National Disability Insurance Scheme)
We offer our services to eligible individuals who are receiving support through the NDIS. Common services we provide to NDIS participants include functional capacity assessments and basic home modifications. We accept referrals for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. ICWA
(Insurance Commission of Western Australia)
If you’ve been injured and are seeking rehabilitation support through ICWA, we can assist with occupational therapy services aimed at promoting your recovery and helping you regain your independence. Contact your ICWA case manager to access our services.
